HEREAS the several Local and Personal Acts herein-
after mentioned have been passed in relation to the Port,
Harbour, and Town of
Whitehaven
in the County of
Cumberland,
or some of them ; that is to say, Seventh

Chapter Three ; Thirteenth
George
the Second,
Chapter Fourteen ; First
George
the Third, Chapter Forty-four ;

George
the Third, Chapter Eighty-seven ; Twenty-eighth

said Acts have been and still are being carried into effect in relation
to the said Port, Harbour, and Town, and have proved of great local
and public Advantage, and. the same are, together with this Act,
