Wexford
Harbour
Embankment Company to alter the Number
of their Shares, and to issue Preference Shares
in lieu of unissued Shares ; and for other
Purposes.

HEREAS an Act was passed in the Session of Parliament

held in the Fifteenth and Sixteenth Years of the Reign
of Her present Majesty, intituled
An Act to repeal the
15
& 16 Vict.
Wexford
Harbour Improvement Act, and to make new Arrangements c.
cli.
for the more effective and expeditious Execution of the Undertaking
thereby authorized, and for other Purposes :
And whereas the
Wexford
Harbour Embankment Company, originally incorporated under the
Name of the
Wexford
Harbour Improvement Company by the said
repealed Act, were re-incorporated by the recited Act, and are now incor-
porated by virtue thereof under the Name of the
Wexford
Harbour
Embankment Company : And whereas the Company have proceeded in
the Execution of their Undertaking, but the same is still incomplete : And
whereas the Capital which the Company are now authorized to raise by
Shares is One hundred and forty thousand Pounds, divided into Two
thousand eight hundred Shares of Fifty Pounds each: And whereas
