further powers on the Council

that county
and the local authorities therein
to
make further
provision with reference
to
the Middlesex quarter
sessions the superannuation

the officers and
servants and the administration
of
the enact-
ments relating
to
mental treatment and for

it is expedient to make further
pro-

vision for the health improvement and local
government of the county of Middlesex and
to
confer
further powers upon the Council of that county and
upon the councils of the boroughs and urban districts
comprised therein
:
And
whereas it
is
expedient to make further
provision with regard to the Middlesex quarter sessions
and to amend the provisions of the Middlesex County

expedient to enact further
provisions with respect to the administration within
the county
of
the Lunacy and Mental Treatment Acts
1890
to
1930:

whereas

is expedient to make further
