County of Chester to the Turnpike Road at

HEREAS an Act was passed in the Tenth Year of the
Reign of His late Majesty King George the Third, inti-

tuled An Act for repairing, widening, and altering the

leading to Chapel-in-the-Frith : And whereas another Act was passed
in the Thirtieth Year of the Reign of His said late Majesty, intituled
An Act to enlarge the Term and Powers of an Act passed in the Tenth
