HERE AS the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of the
Borough of Kingston-upon-Hull (herein-after called the
Corporation) claim to be entitled to demand and take
certain Tolls, Rates, and Duties, and among them certain Dues
called Import Dues, Export Dues, Water Bailiff Dues, Anchorage
Dues,
Jettage- Dues, Hostage Dues, and Ballast Dues, payable in
respect of Goods imported into and exported from, and on Ships
entering Inwards and clearing Outwards at the Port of Hull (in this
^Act called the Port), and certain Tolls called respectively Toll
Thorough, Toll Traverse, the Bridge Toll, the Cart Toll, the Market
Toll, and the Corn Toll: And whereas the following Acts relate to
the Dock Company at Kingston-upon-Hull (in this Act called the
