Cap.
20.
An Act for repealing so much of an Act, passed in
the Thirty-third Year of His present Majesty,
intituled, An Act for making and
maintaining
a
navigable
Canal from the River Severn at Shrews-
bury,
in
the
County
of
Salop,
to
the River Mersey, at
or
near
Netherpool, in
the County
of Chester, and
also for making and
maintaining certain Collateral
Cuts from the said
intended
Canal,
as restrains the
Company of Proprietors of the said Canal from
taking Tonnage on Coals, Coak, Culm, Lime or
Limestone, upon
a Part
of
the
said Canal; and for
authorizing the said Company of Proprietors to
raise a Sum of Money to make up the Amount of
their original Subscription;
and
for further amend-
ing the several Acts passed relative to the making
of the said Canal [15th April 1802.]
