An Act to enable the Eastern Counties Railway
Company to make Two Branch Railways from
the Line of the Eastern Counties and Thames
Junction Railway, one thereof terminating at
the Pepper Warehouses belonging to the East
India Dock Company, and the other terminating
by a Junction with the Eastern Counties Railway.
[13th August 1846.]
HEREAS an Act was passed in the Session of Parliament
held in the Sixth and Seventh Years of the Reign of His
late Majesty King William the Fourth? intituled An Act
for making a Railway from London to Norwich and Yarmouth, by
Romford, Chelmsford, Colchester, and Ipswich, to be called " The
Eastern Counties Railway" whereby a Company was incorporated, by
the Name of the Eastern Counties Railway Company,, with. Power to
make the said Railway : And whereas an Act was passed m the Session
of Parliament held in the First and Second Years of the Reign of Her
present Majesty, intituled An Act to amend and enlarge the Powers
and Provisions of the Act relating to the Eastern Counties Railway :
And whereas an Act was passed in the Fourth Year of the Reign of
