Fen Lands and Low Grounds in the Hamlet of Wimbltngton, in ike Pafjfh

of Chatteris within the Ifle of Elyr in ihe

^Cambridge, certain Fen Lands and Low Grounds lying within
the faid Hamlet of
Wimblington
in the Parifh oi

and in Chatteris in the faid. Ifle and
County, containing in the "Whole Two thoufand fix hundred and fifty
Acres or thereabouts, abuttalled and defcrib^d as therein is expreffed,
were divided into Two feparate Diftrifts or Divifions; and. the Lands and
Grounds containing about One thoufand nine hundred and fifty Acres*
abuttalled and bounded as therein and herein-after is mentioned; (that
is to fay), from the South-Eaft Corner of the Lands late of Sir
Sampfon Gideon Baronet, on the Weft Side of Tweefdale

was ena&ed, that the faid Commiflloners ftiould meet at the feveral Days
and Tiroes and in'Manner and at the feveral Places therein mentioned:
And whereas the CommiflionerS in arid for the faid Second Diftrift ox
Divifidri in the faid Fen Lands and Low Grounds have from Time to
Time proceeded in the Execution of the faid recited A£t, and have bor*
rowed and taken up at Interest divers Sums of Money, arriouating together
to the Sum of One thoufand five hundred Pounds or thereabouts upon the
Security of the (aid Rate or Tax to be collected iii thefaid Second Diftriflt
or Divifion 6f the faid Fen Lands and Low Grounds,,and they have
alfo incu^red;feveral Debts in making and repairing the feveral Works of
Dxainage % the faid A& authorized to be made and repaired by them,
