Browne, an Infant, in Fee Simple, and for inveft-
ing the Purchafe Monies in other real Eftates, to
be conveyed to the Infant in Fee Simple.

HEREAS
Thomas Whitmore Wylde
Browne, an Infant,' is feifed
in Fee Simple of an undivided Moiety of feverai Meffuages,
Farms, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, fituate at
Cofcoffib,
in the Parifh

in the County of
Gloucefier:
And
whereas the faid Thomas Whitmore Wylde Browne is alfo feifed in Fee
Simple of, a'Farm and .Lands, fituate in the feverai Parifhes of Saint
Martin, Saint Swithin, Saint Peter, and Saint Andrew, in the County
of
Worcefter,
and in the County of the City of
Worceftqr:
And whereas
there is a large Manfion Houfe upon the faid Lands at
Cofcomb,
and there
are feverai Buildings upon the fame Lands ; and the faid Manfion Houie
and other Buildings are now greatly out of Repair, and cannot be pro-
perly repaired without considerable Expence, and the fame Manfion
Houfe and Buildings are continually falling into a greater State of Decay;
And whereas the faid Lands at
Co/comb
are tioW held from Year to Year
at yearly Rents, amounting together to Five hundred and fifty Pounds,
fey Tenants who hold from Year to Year at Rents fixed feverai, Years
ago,
and the prefept Rfents are greatly below the fair annual Value of the
fame Lands to be let: And whereas fby Reafon of the Infancy of the faid
Thomas Whitmore Wylde
Browne, the faid Manfion Houfe and Buildings
cannot be properly repaired, neither catv any Leafes of the 'fa|4
Thomas.
