An Act for incorporating the Warrington and Newton
Railway with the Grand Junction Railway, and
for extending to the said first-mentioned Railway
the Provisions of the several Acts of Parliament
relating to the said last-mentioned Railway; and
for other Purposes relating thereto.

HEREAS an Act was passed in the Tenth Year of the Reign
of His late Majesty "King

the Fourth, intituled An Act I0G.4.C.37.
for making and maintaining a Railway or Tramroad from the
Liverpool and Manchester Railway, at or near Wargrave Lane in Newton-
in-Mackerfield,./0 Warrington in the' County Palatine of Lancaster, and
Two
Collateral
Branches to
communicate
therewith,, whereby, certainPersons
were united and made a Body Corporate by the Name of " The Warrington
and Newton Railway Company," and, were authorized.. to make and
