An Act for more effectually vesting the Estates of
the Charity called
Waddington
Hospital, in the
County of
York,
in the Trustees of the said
Charity, and for enabling them to grant Leases of
the said Estates, for the Purposes of erecting or
repairing Buildings, and also to sell Part of the
said Estates, and to lay out the Monies arising
thereby in the Purchase of other Estates; and for
enlarging the Power given by the Founder to
appoint new Trustees of the said Charity.

had erected an Hospital, with an Oratory or Chapel for Divine Worship
and Service, in the Town of
Waddingion

the convenient Reception and Use of Ten poor
Widows,

to the Liturgy of the Church of

Parker had resolved to assure and convey the said
Hospital, with the said Oratory or Chapel, and the Tenements therein
mentioned, to the Trustees therein named, and their Heirs; it was wit-
nessed that the said

aforesaid, and other Considerations therein mentioned, did grant, release,
and confirm unto the said Edward Parker,

all that the said Hospital and Chapel above mentioned, with all the Rights,
Members, and Appurtenances thereunto belonging, with their and every
of their Appurtenances; and all that Messuage or Dwelling House, with

near the said Messuage, and all those several Closes, Inclosures, or Par-
