An A& for amending and rendering more effe&ual an
A£f, pafled in the Thirteenth Year of His prefent
Majefty, for draining and preferving certain Lands
arid Grounds in the Parifhes of Tid Saint Giles and
Newton^ in the Iile of Ely, in the County of Cam-
bridge, and in Tid Saint Marys, in the County
of Lincoln; and for adding thereto, certain other
Lands hi Tid Saint Marys aforefaid i lying conti-
guous to the Lands defcribed in the faid A£ir.

HEREAS anl was pafled in the Thirteenth Year of the

by certain Corrimiffioners were appointed for puttirig the fame in Execu-
tion ; and the faid Corfirniffioners were empowered to affefs, rate, tax, and
charge^
all and lingular the Lands and Grounds in the Difirid therein
particularly defcribedj with a yearly Sum per Acre, until all the Money
which fhould.be borrowed for the Purpofes of the faid A&, with the Inte-
