The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973(1) , makes the following Regulations.

Citation and Commencement

  1. These Regulations may be cited as the International Driving Permits (Fees) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 1 st February 2019.

    Fee for International Driving Permits

  2. The Secretary of State may charge a fee of £5.50 for the issue of an international driving permit in the format set out in Annex 7 to the Convention on Road Traffic done at Vienna on 8 th November 1968(2).
