  • may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs (Application to Zootechnical Additives etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2005;
  • apply in relation to Scotland only; and
  • come into force on 3rd January 2006.
  • In these Regulations—
  • The Genetically Modified Animal Feed (Scotland) Regulations 2004
  • non medicinal zootechnical additives as they apply to additives; and
  • non medicinal zootechnical premixtures as they apply to premixtures.
  • non medicinal zootechnical additives as they apply to additives; andnon medicinal zootechnical premixtures as they apply to premixtures.the Act and the Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council listed in Schedule 1 to the Feed Hygiene Regulations in so far as they apply to non medicinal zootechnical additives and non medicinal zootechnical premixtures; andthe Feeding Stuffs Regulations, the Feed Hygiene Regulations and the OFFC Regulations as they are modified by these Regulations.proceedings are intended to be or have been commenced against a person for an offence under specified feed law, andthe prosecution intends to adduce evidence of the result of the analysis of that part of the sample;may of the officer's own volition;shall if requested by the prosecutor; orshall (subject to paragraph (5) ) if requested by the accused,
