  • These Regulations may be cited as the Countryside Stewardship (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 16th February 2004.
  • in items 1(f) , 2(h) , 4(e) and 6(f) , for “£250 per hectare in respect of each relevant agreement year”, of “Agreed costs of implementing proposals”;
