An Act for enabling Agricultural Leases to be
granted of the Estates called the Bolton Estates,
entailed by an Act of the Twenty-seventh Year
of the Reign of His Majesty King

the Court of Chancery, the granting of Building
and Mining and Improvement Leases, and for
enabling the Partition and Sale of the same

HEREAS an Act of Parliament was made and passed in 27
Hen.

the Twenty-seventh Year of the Reign of His Majesty c. 16.
King Henry the Eighth, whereby, after Recitals from ^ nva'
which it appeared that Differences had arisen between Charles Blount
Lord Mountjoye and the Lady Anne his Wife, John Poulet Esquire
and Elizabeth his Wife, Daughters and Heirs of Robert Willoughby
late Lord Broke on the Body of Dor'athe his late Wife begotten, of
the one Part, and Francis Dantrey Esquire and Blanche his Wife,
Foulke Oryvell Esquire and Elizabeth his Wife, Grand-daughters

and Heirs of the said Robert Wittoughby Lord Broke, that is to
say, Daughters and Heirs of Edward Willoughby, Son and Heir
Apparent of the said Lord Broke, of the other Part, concerning the
Right, Title, Use, Interest, and Possession of and in the Manors,
Advowsons, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments belonging to the
said Lord Broke therein particularly mentioned and described, and
that certain Agreements therein set forth had been entered into for
settling certain of the said Manors, Advowsons, Lands, Tenements,
and Hereditaments comprised in the said Act upon the said Grand-
daughters of the said Lord Broke respectively, and the Heirs of their
respective Bodies, in manner therein mentioned, and for settling
certain other of the said Manors, Advowsons, Lands, Tenements,
and Hereditaments

therein and herein-after particularly mentioned
upon the said Daughters of the said Lord Broke respectively, and
the Heirs of their respective Bodies, in manner therein and herein-
after mentioned, it was by the Act now in recital ordained and
enacted, amongst other things, as follows: " That the said Charles
" Lord Mountjoye and the Lady Anne his Wyfe as in the Right of
the said Lady Anne, John Poulet and Elizabeth his Wyfe as in
the Right of the said Elizabeth, shall have to them and to their
Heires of their Bodies lawfully begotten, as Coparceners, and after
the Fourme of Coparceners, the said Manours of Broke, Imber,
Paxcrofte, Hoke Over Kencombe, Nether Kencombe, Chycherell,
" Porestoke, Thrope, Fromevauchurche, Farneham, Mangerton,
" Oorwell, Lytton, Wythybroke Wynterbourne, Stepleton, Bate-

" combe Wynterbourne, Martyn, Rownesham, Beere, Ferys, Bygbury,
" Estportelmouthe9 Wolstone, Modbury, Lodbroke, Uppestory, Rawrige,

" Plynmouth, Saltaysshe, Ayssheton, Markwell, Calylond, Pendrym,
" Ludwaules, Frethew, Kynodret, and Fursham, and all other the
" Castelles, Manoures, Landes, Tenements, Advowsons, Patronages,

" Cornewall, and in the saide Parisshes of Westbury, Northebradley,
and Stepulaston, in the Countie of Wiltes, without Lett, Inter-

" his Wyfe, and the saide Foulke Gryvell and Elizabeth his Wyfe, or
" of the Heires of their Bodies or of the Heires of the Bodies of
" eyther of them lawfully begotten, or of any other Person or Per-

them, any thyng in the Premises or any Parcell thereof to them
assigned and given by this present Acte ; and that the saide Charles
Lord Mountjoye and the Lady Anne his Wyfe in the Right of the
