HEREAS the Parifh of
South Cove
in the County of
Suffolk
is
fituated near to, and in great Part furrounded by the Eftate
of Sir
Thomas Gooch
of
Benacre*Hdll9
in the faid County, Ba-
ronet,. fituate in Benacre, Bentham, and
Covehithe
m the faid County,
and a' confiderable Part of the Land in the faid Parifh of South
Cove
is
the Property of the faid Sir
Thomas
Gooch:
And whereas His Majefty, in
Right of His Crown, is feifed in Fee Simple of the Advowfon of the
Reftory and Parifh Church of the faid Parifh of
South
Cove; but the fame
Re6lory being under Value, the Right of Prefentation thereto hath been
heretofore in the Lord High Chancellor, or Lord Keeper, or Lords Com-
miffioners of the Great Seal of Great Britain for the Time being, and
the faid Reftory is fituated in the Diocefe of Norwich

the faid Sir
Thomas Gooch
is feifed in Fee Sipple of the Advowfon or
Right of Patronage and Prefentation of and to the Redtory and Parifh

Depden
in the faid C ounty of Suffolk and
Diocefe of Norwich, which Reftory is of confiderably greater Annual
Value than the faid Reftory of
South
Cove; but from the Vicinity of the
faid. Parifh of
South Cove
to the faid Sir

Family Eftate, ne the faid Sir
Thomas Gooch
is defirous of obtaining the
Advowfon of. the faid Reftory of South
Cove
in Exchange for the Ad-
vowfon of the faid Re&ory of

otherwife
