Baronet, Heir of Entail in Possession of the
Entailed Estates of Prestonjield and Corstorphine
in the County of Edinburgh, to feu and sell
certain Parts of the said Estates, and to bear the
Surname of Cunyngham and Arms of " Cunyng-
ham of Lamburghtoun " alongst with the Surname
and Arms of Dick of Prestonjield.

upgave, overgave, and, delivered all and haill his Lands and Barony
of Prestonfietd, tile; Lands of Cammeron: and Gammon Myre, with

Cellar and Dwelling House, at the East Side of the Head of Black-

upon the High Street, all lying within the Borough of
Edinburgh, as the same are more fully mentioned, set down, marched*
and bounded in his Rights and Infeftments of the same ; and also all

therein the Lands of Corstorphine and Village

with Castle,
Tower, Fortalice, Manor Place, Woods, Forests, Yards, Orchards,
Tenants, Tenandries, Service of Free Tenants, Advocations, Dona-

and Rights of Patronage of the Provestrie, Prebendaries, and
Ghaplainries of the Collegiate Kirk of- Corstorphine, annexis, con!
