An Act for vesting in Trustees the Lands
oiAuld-
craigoch and others in the County of Ayr, con-
tained in a Deed of Entail made by Sir Adam
Fergusson of Kilkerran Baronet, deceased, to
sell the same, and apply the Price in Payment
of the Debts affecting* the Lands and Estate of
Drummellan, lying in the same County; and for
effectually entailing the said Lands and Estate
of Drummellan. [19th June 1828.]

Feu Disposition dated the Twenty-eighth Day of
September
One thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine, and registered
in the Books of Council and Session in
Scotland
the Fifth Day of March
One thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight, gave, granted, and de-
mitted heritably and irredeemably to and in favour of the Honourable
George Fergusson
of
Hermand
(Lord
Hermand),
One of the Senators of the
College of Justice, and his Heirs and Assignees whatsoever, all and whole
the Forty Shilling Land of
Drummellan,
with the Manor Place, Mansion
House, and Fortalice
thereof,
Yards, Orchards, Woods, Fishings, Coals,
Coalheughs, Parts, Pendicles, and Pertinents
thereof,
lying within the Bail-
liary of
Carrick
and Sheriffdom of Ayr, to be holden of and under the
said Sir Adam
Fergusson,
and his Heirs and Successors, in manner men-
tioned in the said Feu Disposition, and in virtue of that Feu Disposition
the said
George Fergusson
was infeft in the said Lands conform to Instru-
ment of Seisin dated and recorded in the particular Register of Seisins

One thousand seven hundred and
ninety-nine : And whereas the said Sir Adam
Fergusson,
by another Dis-
position of the same Date with the said Feu Disposition in favour of the
said
George
Fergusson,
and registered in the said Books of Council and
Session the Fifth Day of March One thousand eight hundred and
twenty-eight, gave, granted, and disponed to James
Fergusson
Esquire,
now Sir James
Fergusson
of Kilkerran Baronet, his Nephew, and the
Heirs Male of the Body of the said Sir
James
Fergusson,
whom failing,
to the said Sir Adam
Fergusson's
own Heirs and Assignees whatsoever,
heritably and irredeemably, all and whole the said Lands of
Drummellan,
under the Exception of the said Feu Right and Disposition in favour of
the said
George Fergusson
; in the Superiority of which Lands the said
James, now Sir James
Fergusson,
was accordingly, in virtue of the said
Disposition, and of a Charter from the Prince and Steward of
Scotland
in favour of the said Sir Adam
Fergusson,
thereby assigned to him, duly
irifeft conform to Instrument of Seisin dated the Third and recorded
in the particular Register of Seisins kept at Ayr the Fourth Days «f

One thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine: And whereas the
said Sir Adam
Fergusson,
notwithstanding his being feudally divested of
the
Dominium
directum or Superiority of the said Lands by the said
Disposition in favour of the said Sir James
Fergusson,
and of the
Dominium utile or Property thereof by the said Feu Disposition in
favour of the said George

make and grant a Disposition and Deed of Entail, which is recorded in
