HEREAS an Act
was
passed in the Fifth Year of the Reign
of His late Majesty King George the Third, intitule.d An
5G.3.
c.88.
Act for repairing
and widening the
Road from Barton Water-
side House to Riseham Hedge Corner, and several other Roads, in the
County of 'Lincoln, therein
mentioned':
And whereas another Act was
passed in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Reign of His said late Majesty,
intituled An Act for enlarging the Term and Powers of an Act
passed.
