HEREAS by Indentures of Lease and Release, bearing Date indentures of
respectively the Tenth and Eleventh Days of
October
One Lease and
thousand seven hundred and eighty-two, the Indenture of Re- Release, lOtk
lease between the Reverend
Osmond
Beauvoir,
then of the Precincts of the

Cathedral of Chrisfs Church
Canterbury,
Doctor of Divinity, of the First 1782.

Street, in the Parish of Saint
George,
Hanover Square, in the County of Middlesex, Spinster, of the Second
Part; and the Right Honourable Sir William Lynch of Grove, in the
County of Kent, Knight of the Bath, Sir
Charles Gould

Ealing,
in the
County of
Middlesex,
Knight, and
Thomas
Edwards
Freeman

Batsford,
in the County of
Gloucester,
Esquire, of the Third Part; in Consideration
of a Marriage then intended and afterwards solemnized between the

Osmond Beauvoir
and Mary Sharpe, the said
Mary Sharpe
granted,
released, and confirmed unto the said Sir

Lynch,

Gould,

Thomas
Edwards
Freeman,
and their Heirs, all that the Reversion or
Remainder in Fee Simple of the said Mary
Sharpe,
expectant upon and
to take Effect in Possession immediately after the Decease of Joshua
Sbarpe
her Uncle, of and in

Freehold Estates in the said Indentures
described, situate and being at East Barnet, in the County of
Hertford,
