The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 55AB of the Defence (General) Regulations, 1939, as having effect by virtue of section two of the Emergency Laws (Repeal) Act, 1959(a), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of April, 1960; and may be cited as the Milk (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order, 1960.

2. The Milk (Northern Ireland) Order, 1958(b), as amended(c), shall be further amended as follows:—

(a) by substituting for Article 5 thereof the following Article:—

"Exemptions

5. The provisions of this Order shall not apply to the supply of milk (a) by a caterer in the course of his catering business or (b) from an automatic vending machine.";

(b) by substituting for the Schedule thereto the Schedule to this Order.

3. The Milk (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order, 1959(c), is hereby revoked but without prejudice to any proceedings in respect of any contravention of the Milk (Northern Ireland) Order, 1958, as amended thereby.

In Witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed this twenty-first day of March, nineteen hundred and sixty.
