An Act to confer additional powers upon the Midland
A.D.
1902.
Railway Company and upon the Midland and Great
Northern Railways Joint Committee and upon the
Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Railways Conimittee for the
construction
of
works and the acquisition of lands
to
authorise agreements between the Midland Railway
Company and the Midland and South Western Junc-
tion Railway Company to provide
for
the vesting of
the Tottenham and Hampstead Junction Railway in
the Midland ,and Great Eastern Railway Companies
and
for
other purposes.

THEREAS
it
is expedient,
tthat
the
Midland Railway Company
(in
this Act called
'(
the
Company
")
should
be
empowered
to
construct the railway and widenings
of
railways
and
other works
and
to
exercise tlie other powers in this Act mentioned and also
to
acquire retain hold
and
use adclitioiial lands for the purposes
of
this Act and
for
extending their station siding warehouse coal
wharf dep6t mineral
goods
and
other accommodation and for other
purposes connected with their undertaking
:
And
whereas it
is
expedient that the Micllaiid

Great
Northern Railways Joint Committee
(in
this Act called

the
joint committee
")
sliould be empovewcl
to
acquire
the
lands in

And mhereas plans and sections showing the lines ancl levels

the railway
and

by
this
Act
