HEEEAS the Secretary
of
State for the Home Depart-
ment, being One of Her Majesty’s Principal Secretaries
of State, has, under the Provisions of the
Local
Goi-ern-
nieiit Act,
1858,
duly

Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and
by the Authority of the same, as follows
:
Provisional
1.
The Provisional Orders contained in the Schedule hereunto
annexcd shall from and after the passing of this Act be ahsolute,

and be as binding and of like Force and Effect as

the Provisions

had been expressly enacted in this Act: Provided
always, that nothing in the Provisional Order

the District of

in the Schedule to this Act annexed, or in this
Act, shall be deenied to give any Powers for the compulsory
Purchase of Land beyond the Boundary of the said District
;
and
that the Clause numbered
