An Act to confirm a Provisional Order of the Local
A.D.
1910.
Government Board relating to Wallsend.
[3rd August 1910.]

HE HE AS the Local Government Board have made the
Provisional Order set forth in the schedule hereto under
the provisions of the Local Government Act 1888:

Vict.
c. 41.
And whereas it is requisite that the said Order should be
confirmed by Parliament:
Be it therefore enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty
by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal and Commons in this present Parliament assembled
and by the authority as the same as follows:
1.
The Order as altered and set out in the schedrde hereto Order in
shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and all the provisions sch^dule

2.
This Act may be cited as the Local Government Board's Short title.

Waiisend Provisional Order made in pursuance of Sections 54 and 59 of
t/ie LocaZ Government Act 1888.
To the Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of
Waiisend;
To the Justices of the Peace for the said Borough;
To the Justices of the Peace for the County of Northumberland
in Quarter Sessions assembled ;
To the County Council of Northumberland ;
To the Urban District Council of Willington Quay ;
To the Rural District Council of Tynemouth ;
To the Guardians of the Poor of the Tynemouth Union ;
To the Parish Councils of Longbenton and Willington;
To the Overseers of the Poor of the Parishes of Longbenton
Waiisend Willington and Willington Quay;
To the Tyne Port Sanitary Authority;
To the Earsdon Joint Hospital Board
;
To the Waiisend and Willington Quay Joint Hospital Board; ..

To the Joint Committee appointed by the Council of the Borough
L of Waiisend the Urban District Council of Willington Quay
and the Parish Council of Willington and exercising the
powers and duties of ,the Authority under the Burial Acts
1852 to 1906;
To the Longbenton Burial Board;
And to all others whom it may concern,

WHEREAS by Section 54 of the Local Government Act 1888 the
c> 41, Local Government Board are empowered to make a Provisional Order

for altering the boundary of any Borough;
And whereas the Borough of Waiisend in the County of Northum-
berland is a Borough within the meaning of the Local Grovernment
Act 1888 and the inhabitants are a body corporate by the name of the
