HEREAS the Construction of Works for the better Supply of

Water for domestic and other Purposes within the Borough
and Parish of
Liskeard
in the County of
Cornwall
would be
of local and public Advantage : And whereas the Persons herein-after
named, with others, are willing, at their own Expense, to provide such
'Supply of Water : And whereas the
Liskeard and Looe Union
Canal
Company (incorporated by the Act of the Sixth of
George
the Fourth,
Chapter One hundred and sixty-three, and in this Act called " the
Canal
Company "), have under the Authority of the said Act constructed an 6

their Canal, and it is expedient that the Canal Company and the Com-
pany by this Act incorporated (in this Act called " the Company ") should
be empowered to enter into Agreements for the leasing to or Purchase
by the Company, or for the Use by them, of the whole or Part of the
Crylla
Feeder, and otherwise in reference thereto : And whereas the
Objects of this Act cannot be effected without the Authority of Parlia-
ment : May it therefore please Your Majesty that it may be enacted ;
