and the Right Honourable 'John Sommers. Lord
Sommen, of certain Eftates in the County of Here-

HERE AS the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church
of Hereford dre Patrons and Owners of the Hofpital of
Saint
Catherine,
in the Town of
Ledbury-,
in the County of
Hereford?
and in right of the faid Hofpital are feifed to them and their
Succeflors of certain Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, fituate in
the feveral Parifhes of Ledbury and
Eafinor^
in the County of
Hereford^
more particularly defcribed in the Firft Schedule to this Aft an-
nexed, with a Chief Rent, or Money Payment, of Two Shillings
and Sixpence a-Year, ifluing^ and payable out of Part of the faid Pre-
mifes:
And whereas the Right Honourable John
Sommers

Sommers^
Baron of
Evejham,
is feifed in Fee of a Mefluage or Tenement, with the
Barns,
Stables, and other Outbuildings and Appurtenances thereto be-
longing, and feveral Pieces or Parcels of Land fituate in the Parilh
of Thornbury, in the County of Hereford, called Wall Hills, more
particularly defcribed in the Second Schedule to thist annexed:
And whereas it would be advantageous and beneficial to the faid Dean
and Chapter of Hereford if they were enabled to exchange the faid
Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments in the Firft Schedule defcribed,
whereof.they are fo feifed as aforefaid, and the Fee Simple and Inheri-
tance thereof for the laid Mefluage or Tenement, Barns, Stables, Out-
buildings, and Appurtenances thereunto belonging, and the feveral
Pieces or Parcels of Land in the faid Second Schedule defcribed, whereof
the faid John
