The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(2) of the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of Service) Measure 2009 F1 , make the following Instrument:

Citation and interpretation

  1. —(1) This instrument may be cited as the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of Service) Measure 2009 (Appointed Day No. 3) Instrument 2010.

    (2) (2) In this Instrument “the Measure” means the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of Service) Measure 2009.

    Appointed day

  2. The day appointed for the coming into force of subsections (1) (2) and (3) of section 11 of the Measure is 27 th September 2010.
