Writing under their Hands, or by their Award for fuch Parifh, Townfhip,
or Place afcertain, direft, or appoint; and the Fences which (hall be fo
made by the faid Commiffioners (hall for ever thereafter be maintained and
kept in Repair by the feveral Perfons and Parties interefted in each fuch
Tythe Allotments for the Time being, or by fuch other Perfon or Perfons
as the faid CommfTioners fhall direft and appoint in and by their Award
to be made by virtue of this Aft.
XXIV. And be it further enafted, That where the Property or Shares where the
of any Perfon or Perfons interefted in any of the faid Parochial or General Commons
Allotments, Lands and Grounds hereby direfted to be divided-and inclofed, are infuffi-
fhall not be equal in Value to the Quantity or Proportion of L*nd herein- Zt £«£
before required to be given for difcharging from Tythes his, her or their Tythes, the
Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments within any Parifh, Townfhip, or deficiency to
Place, the Parochial or General Allotments for which are by this Aft ^

direfted to be divided and inclofed, or where any Perfon or Perfons is or

are the Owner or Owners of any inclofed Lands, Tenements, and Here- be regulated
ditaments in any fuch Parifh, Townfhip, or Place fubjeft to Tythes, and by
the
Price
fhall not be entitled to, or the Owner of any Share in fuch Parochial or Ge- n#
neral Allotment, Lands and Grounds as aforefaid, the faid Commiffioners
fhall, and they are hereby*authorized and required to afcertain what Sum
of Money will be equal in Value to the Quantity or Proportion of Land fo
required to be given as aforefaid ; and after dedufting from the Value of
fuch Quantity or Proportion the Value of any Shares or Proportions of
the faid Parochial or General Allotments, Lands or Grounds which may
have been fet apart and appropriated by the faid Commiffioners towards
difcharging the Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments of fuch Proprietor
from Tythes as hereinbefore is direfted, to afcertain what yearly Rent or
annual Sum of Money per Acre will be equal in Value to the Remainder .of
fuch Quantity or Proportion, after fuch Deduftion as aforefaid ; or if no
fuch bhare or Proportion of fuch Parochial or General Allotments, Lands
or Grounds fhall have been appropriated for the Purpofes laft-mentioned,
then the faid Commiffioners fhall afcertain and determine what yearly
Rent or annual Sum of Money per Acre will Be equal in Value to the full
Quantity or Proportion of Land required to be given for difcharging from
Tythes fuch Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments; and "the Owner or
Owners, Proprietor or Proprietors of fuch laft-mentioned Lands, Tene-
ments and Hereditaments, and their refpeftive Heirs and Succeffors for
ever, fhall-pay or caufe to be paid fuch yearly Rent or annual Sum of
Money (fubjeft to fuch Variation as hereinafter mentioned) unto the Per-
fon or Perfons for the Time being who would be entitled to the Tythes
of fuch Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments if the fame had not been
difcharged from Tythes ; and fuch Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments
fhall for ever remain charged with and fubjeft to the Payment of fuch
yearly Rent or annual Sum of Money, fubjeft to fuch Variation and Ap-
portionment as hereafter mentioned, and the fame fhall be paid and payable
half-yearly, clear of all Parliamentary and Parochial Rates, Taxes and
Duties whatsoever; the firfl Payment of fuch annual Rent to begin and
to be made at fuch Time as the faid Commiffioners fhall by any Writing
under their Hands order and direft ; and the faid Commiffioners are hereby
required to ftate and fet forth in their Award or Awards on what Day of
the Year, and where and to whom fuch yearly Rents or annual Sums of
Money refpeftively fhall be paid and payable, and out of what Lands and
Grounds, and in what Proportion the fame are rt> beg and payable,
