amend
the
Acts relating
to
such Railway.

HERE AS
by an Act
passed
in the
Eighth
and
Ninth
Years of the Reign
of
Her present Majesty Queen Victoria,
intituled
An
Act
for
making
a
Railway from Drogheda to
Portadown, with
a
Branch
to
Navan, several Persons were incor-
porated by the Name
of "
The Dublin and Belfast Junction Railway
Company, with
a
Branch from Drogheda
to
Navan" for executing
such Undertaking: And whereas the following Acts relating
to
such
Company, the Name whereof is now
"
The Dublin and Belfast Junc-
tion Railway Company," have since been passed, that
is to say,
Belfast »f
and
"
The Dublin
and
Drogheda Railway (Purchase
of
Navan
Branch)
Act,
1847:" And whereas,
by or
under
or in
pursuance
of the Provisions of the said recited Acts, the Branch of the said Rail-
Navan
