An Act to enable the Trustees of
Daniel Fowkr
Esquire, and Mary Ann his Wife, and their
Children, to make Grants and Leases of Lands
and Grounds in
Camberwell
Grove,
Surrey,
for the
Purpose of having the same improved by Build-
ings,
and to sell the reserved Rents and Rever-
sion, so as to produce a Fund to be held on the
same Trusts as the Sum of Six thousand Pounds
Three per Cent Annuities originally settled;
and also to appoint a new Trustee in the Place
of William Fowler Esquire, a Lunatic, and of
Mr.
Robert
Green,
who is desirous of being dis-
charged from the Trust. [27th June 1825.]

HEREAS by Indenture, bearing Date on or about the Indenture,
Twenty-third Day of May One thousand eight hundred

and six, and made or expressed to be made between

First Part; Henry Hunt Mer-
chant, and
Thomas George
Knapp Gentleman, of the .Second Part;

and Daniel Fowler, then of Billiter Lane, Lond&c, Tea Broker, and
Mary Ann his Wife, then late Mary Ann Pope Spinster, Great Niece
of the said Peter Pope, of the Third Part; the said Peter Pope did
direct and declare, and the said Henry Hunt and Thomas George
Knapp, for themselves, their Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, did
consent and agree, that the Sum of Six thousand Pounds Three Potmds
per
Cent,
per Annum Consolidated Bank Annuities therein mentioned
was transferred to them as therein-before recited, and was then stand-
ing in their Names, and that they respectively and their respective
Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, should stand possessed of and
interested in the same, and the Dividends, Interest, and yearly Income
thereof,
upon Trust that they the said Henry Hunt and Thomas
George Knapp, and the Survivor of them, and the Executors, Admi-
nistrators, or Assigns of such Survivor, should from Time to Time,
during the natural Life of the said Peter Pope with his Consent in
Writing, and after his Decease during the natural Lives of the said
Daniel Fowler and Mary Ann his Wife, and the Life of the Survivor
of them, with the Consent of the said Daniel Fowler and Mary Ann
hie Wife, or the Survivor of them, to be testified by some Writing
under his, her, or their Hand or Hands, and after the Decease of the
Survivor of them, the said Peter Pope and Daniel Fowler and Mary
Ann his Wife, then in the Discretion and of the proper Authority of
them the said Henry Hunt and Thomas George Knapp, or the Survi-
vor of them, his Executors or Administrators, to sell out and dispose of
the said Sum of Six thousand Pounds Three Pounds per
Cent.
Con-
solidated Bank Annuities or any Part
thereof,
and with such Consent,
and at such Discretion as aforesaid, lay out and invest the Produce
thereof at Interest, either in or upon any of the Stocks or Funds of
Great Britain, or upon Real Securities in England or in the Prin-
cipality of Wales; and also should, from Time to Time, with such
Consent as aforesaid of the said Peter Pope during his Life, and
after his Decease of the said Daniel Fowler and Mary Ann his Wife,
or the Survivor of them, and after the Decease of the Survivor of
them the said Peter Pope and Daniel Fowler and Mary Ann his
Wife, then in the Discretion and of the proper Authority of them the
said Henry Hunt and
Thomas George
Knapp, or the Survivor of them,
his Executors or Administrators, alter, vary, and change the Secu-
rities in or upon which Produce of the said Capital Stock should
from Time to Time be invested, either as Occasion should require,
or as the said Peter Pope during his Life, and after his Decease as
the said Daniel Fowler and Mary Ann his Wife, or the Survivor of
them, and after the Decease of the Survivor of them the said Peter
Pope, Daniel Fowler, and Mary Ann his Wife, then as the said Henry
Hunt and Thomas George Knapp, or the Survivor of them, and the
Executors, Administrators, or Assigns of such Survivor, should think
fit; and upon Trust that they the said Henry Hunt and Thomas
George Knapp, and the Survivor of them, his Executors and Admi-
nistrators, should thenceforth from Time to Time, during the natural
Life of the said Peter Pope, pay, apply, and dispose of the Income,
Interest, Dividends, and annual Produce of the said Trust Monies,
Stocks, Funds, and Securities, unto the said Peter Pope aed his
Assigns, or otherwise permit or suffer him or them to receive and
take the same to and for his and their own Use and Benefit; and fronl
