in the County of
Sussex, Part of the Estates devised by the Will
of
Charles
Eversjield Esquire, and to sell the same
Lands, and also Two detached Farms in the
Parishes of Hollington and Horsham aforesaid,
other Part of the same Estates ; and for laying
out the Money arising by such Sale in the
Purchase of other Estates, to be settled to the
same
Uses.

aforesaid, belonging to him,
or over which he had a Power of Disposal, and every Part and Parcel
thereof,
unto his Mother Mary
Eversfield,
since deceased, during her
Life;
and after disposing of his Manors of
Charlton
and
Annington
in
the same County, with their Rights, Members, and Appurtenances, and
his Messuages or Tenements, Water Corn Mill, Farms, Lands, Downs,
Woodlands, Hereditaments, and Real Estate in the Parishes of
Steyning
and
Wiston,
in manner therein mentioned, he the said Testator devised
all that the Reversion or Remainder immediately expectant upon bis
Decease, of and in the Manors
ofGensing m&Tealding
in the said County

Sussex,
together with the Rights, Royalties, Members, and Appurte-
nances thereunto respectively belonging or appertaining, and also of and
in all that the Advowson, Right of Patronage, and Presentation of, if,
and to the Parish Church of
Hollington
in the said County, and also of
and in all and singular the Messuages, Farms, Lands, Woodlands, Tithes,
and Hereditaments situate, lying, and being in the several Parishes or
Places of
Saint Leonard's
Eollington,
Saint Mary of the Castle of
Hastings,
Saint Michael near
Hastings,
Bulverhithe and
Bexhill,
in the said County
of
Sussex,
and then or then late in the several Occupations of himself
and of
Charles
Deudney,
Charles
Overy,
James
Standen,

John
Ashdown,
some or one of them, their, some or one of their Undertenants or
Assigns, containing altogether by Estimation One thousand six hundred
Acres or thereabouts, were the same more or less, with their and every
of their Appurtenances (subject nevertheless to the Annuity of Seven
hundred Pounds per

payable thereout unto his the said Testator's
said Mother during her Life, and to a Term of Years created for securing
