certain parts

the said harbour

deepcned and improvecl, and thc said piers and quays werc

executed in the said harbour, and that the tolls, rates,
and
duties
then leviable in and at the harbour

quays under

levy

with
certain
works

the said Act into
execution, and have borrowecl

power

the Campbeltown
Gas
Company

is
a
private joint, stock company,
constituted
by
a
contract
of
copartnery dated the
6th

of October, the 6th, 16th, 20th, and 25th

November,
and
23rd clay of December
1830,
the 1st
