Two ikqters Moore, together with the Liberty of Filing in th£ Water
that runneth in and through the faid Meadow, and all Profits, Commodi-
ties,
and Advantages thereunto in any wife belonging (amongft divers other
Things) by good and fufficient Conveyance and Affurance in the Law, was
lawfully conv.eye3and affured to the faid John
Rolfe,

their Heirs and Affigns, for ever; the Intent and Pur-
pofe of which Conveyance and Affurance, fo to them made, was by a fecret
Trufl to them committed to and for the Benefit and only Ufe whereby the
Inhabitants of
Hemelhempfted
aforefaid, and of
Bovington,
their Heirs and
Affigns, might and fhould for ever thereafter have, hold, and enjoy the
faid Meadow, and all the Commodities and Profits that might or fhould
arife
thereof,
in as full, ample, and beneficial Manner to all Intents and
Purpofes as by reafonof any Grant or Conveyance

thereof by the
Queen's moft Excellent Majefty, to the late Right Honourable Robert
Earl of
Leicefter
deceafed, and his Heirs the faid Right Honourable Earl
ftould or might have, take, and enjoy the fame, fince the which AfTurance
and Conveyance made to the faid John
Rolfe,
Richard Pope, and
William Gladman, as aforefaid, that the faid William Gladman died,
by force whereof the faid John Rolfe and Richard
Pope
were feifed
joi the faid Meadow and Ptemifes in their Demefne, as of Fee by
the Right of Survivor, in Manner and Form aforefaid : It is wic-
nefled, that the faid John Rolfe and Richard
Pope,
for and in confidera-
tion that

Money wherewith they bought and purchafed the faid Mea-
dow and Premifes was difburfed and paid at the Cofts and Charges of di-
vers and the moft of the Inhabitants of
Hemelhempfted
and Bovingion
aforefaid, in Performance of the faid Intent and Purpofe, videlicet,
that the faid Inhabitants of
Hemelhempfted
and Bovingion might for
ever thereafter have, hold, and freely enjoy all the Profits, Commo-
dities,
and Benefits of the faid Meadow and Fifhing, as is aforefaid, did
grant,
enfeoff,
and confirm unto (he faid

and all other the faid feveral Feoffees therein
before named, all the faid Meadow or Moor, and the Liberty of fifhing of

or thereunto belonging, arifing, or in
any wife appertaining, to hold the fame, with the Appurtenances, unto the
faid Francis
