faid Wife Frances to have the Ufe of a fpeciflck Part thereof for her Lifei
under certain Reftrictions therein mentioned; and to fell all his Live
Stock, and call in all the Debts and Sums of Money owing to him ; and
out of the Money arifing therefrom, he gave a certain Legacy of Teri
Pounds; and he directed the faid Truftees to place the Refidue out at
Intereft upon Government or other good Security, and out of the Intereft
to a rife therefrom, to pay unto his faid Wife, the Annual Sum of Ten
Pounds, until his youngeft Daughter fhould attain the Age of Twenty-
one Years, and then to pay her his faid Wife thereout, the Sum of Twa
hundred Pounds in lieu of the faid Annuity of Ten Pounds; and he
directed the faid Truftees' to apply the Refidue of the Intereft and
Proceeds of fuch Monies to be railed and placed out as aforefaid; for the
Maintenance, Education, and bringing up of his faid Children during
their Minorities j and when and as foon as any of them mould arrive to
the Age of Twenty-one Years, and remain unmarried, or in cafe they
married before that Age with the Confent of the faid Truftees as afore-
faid, in either Cafe he directed the faid Truftees or the Survivors or
Survivor of them, their Executors or Adminiftrators, out of the Monies
fo'fecured at Intereft as aforefaid, to pay unto each of his faid Daughters
.on her arriving to the Age of Twenty-one Years or Day of Marriage,
•In cafe it mould happen with fuch Confent as aforefaid,. the full Sum of
Five hundred Pounds; and in cafe his faid perfonal Eftate fhould riot be
iufficient to raife the faid feveral Sums of Five hundred Pounds a-piece
for his faid Children* then he directed the faid Truftees to raife fuch a
Sum of Money as would be fo wanting to make up the fame by Sale or
Mortgage of his faid Freehold or Copyhold Eftates, or fome Part
thereof:
And the faid Teftator thereby appointed .the faid Robert Adcock, Tobias
HippiJIey, and John Maxwell, Executors of his faid Will: And whereas Death of
the faid Jofeph Adcock departed this Life without having revoked or 7"fephAdco '

by his faid Executors in the Prerogative Court of the Arehbiftiop of

the faid Robert Mawby and Mary now his Wife, during their Joint Lives,
and the Lite of the Survivor of them ; and after the Deceafe of the Sur-
vivor of them, upon the Trufts therein-mentioned for the Benefit of the
I flue of the faid then intended Marriage; and if the faid Robert Mawby
fhould furvive the faid Mary Mawby, and there fhould be no Child of the
