HEREAS there are within the Manors of Abdon, in the Parifh
of Abdon and Stoke Saint Milborough, in the Parifh of Stoke
Saint Milborough) both in the County of
Salop,
feveral Trafts
of Common or Wafte Lands, containing together One thoufand and
four hundred Acres or thereabouts: And whereas the Right Honourable
Richard Vifcount Eitzwilliam is Lord of the faid Manors, and as fuch is
entitled to the Soil of the faid Common or Wafte Lands: And whereas
the faid Richard Vifcount Fitzwilliam and Sir James Graham Baronet,
Thomas Mytton, Charles Ibomfon, William) Bentham, Thomas
Kynnerfley*
Efquires, and others, are the Owners of Mefluages, Lands and Tenements
within the faid Manors, and in refpeft thereof have or claim Right of
Common upon the Wafte Lands within the fame refpe&ively, in pro-
portion to the Extent and Value of their faid refpeftive Meffuages, Lands
and Tenements: And whereas an A& was pafled in the Forty-firft Year
of the Reign of His prefent Majefty, intituled, An Ad for
confolidailng

Inclofure,

facilitating the Mode of proving the feveraf Fads ufually required on the
paffing offuch Ads: And whereas the faid Divilion and Inclofure cannot
be made and effe&ed without' the Aid and Authority of Parliament; may
it pleafe Your Majefty that it may be ena&ed; ^nd be it enafted by the
King's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of
