Government Resources And AccountsMade12 th May 2011Laid before Parliament13 th May 2011Coming into force4 th June 2011The Treasury make this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000(1).In accordance with section 10(7) of that Act the Treasury have consulted the Welsh Ministers where they have thought it appropriate.Citation and commencement1. This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 4 th June 2011.Designation2.
