The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(3) , (3 A) and (4 C) of the Representation of the People Act 1983(1) , as applied and modified by article 18 of the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2010(2) , makes the following Order with the consent of the Treasury(3):
