This Order may be cited as the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) (England) Order 2010 and comes into force on the 1 st September 2010.Amendment of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 19792.
